Your Platinum Plus Program format

1. Call us to make your appointment/ starting weight will be needed by you when you come to us.
2. Pay online for the program. Cost is a once off payment of €747. Everything is included in the program. If you do not wish or physically can’t work with our fitness trainer cost is €499
3. Your first appointment is to see dietitian for 8 week food plan and consultation
4. Your next appointment is to see psychologist/clinical hypnotist for first session to get your mind motivated and keep it there
5. Set your start date for your daily program (food prep/daily hypnosis/daily light exercise/eating off smaller portions/using daily food diary)
6. Book your first personal trainer appointment. Continue sessions weekly for 8 weeks (8 sessions in total)
7. At week 4 you will have your second appointment with your psychologist. Review your first 4 weeks of food charts. Daily diary. Check weight loss. Second personal hypnotherapy session to help with any issues that need to be addressed.
8. At week 8 finish with your personal trainer and have a final psychology session to review and finalize your program going forward
9. Share your before/after images for a €50 refund
