Cancellations
Once paid all sessions and programs both in person and online are nonrefundable this includes for unused sessions.
Please be aware results work differently for everybody therefore like any therapy no guarantees are given
Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments are accommodated once a 12 to 24 hour notice period is given
